Hooray! Hooray! the 1st of May!!  As we look around we continue to see so much change!  I believe mostly for the better 😊 I’m seeing more and more flowers in my yard and garden, yes even dandelions!!  And the weather is different every day 😊 My garden is ready for plants and seeds and more projects around the house are coming to completion.  I’m happy with my increased activity aimed at health and well-being. 
In April, we began talking about a big change, which is a potential resumption of yoga classes at the Activity and Recreation Center (ARC) in Normal, IL as early as June 1.  Thank you for everyone’s questions, comments and suggestions as they have helped me organize my thoughts and work through the question – What shall I do?     
News and Notes:
The May and June class schedules are now on the website.  Please be sure to register for the classes covered by your subscription.  The Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes can be selected for your subscription or can be purchased separately by logging out of your account before purchasing the class. 
The plan is that I will resume teaching Gentle Yoga (9 am to 10 am CST) and Chair Yoga (10:30am to 11:30am CST) at ARC on Tuesday mornings in June.  A minimum of 6 people will be required to schedule the class and the maximum is expected to be 12 people.  I have submitted information to Molly Camper, Director of Programming at ARC for their May newsletter.  I expect ARC members will be able to sign up for these classes in late May.  Wearing MASKS will be Required at this time.
I will continue to teach both Gentle Yoga and Chair Yoga, as well as Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra through my online studio, “Yoga with Ada”, using Zoom. No Masks are required, and you can practice in your jammies😊!  Gentle Yoga will continue to be offered on Monday and Saturday mornings at 8:45am CST.  Chair Yoga will be offered on Thursday mornings at 9 am CST.  I will no longer be offering Chair Yoga on Tuesday mornings.  Here is a link to the June schedule -> Events for June 2021 – Yoga with Ada (yogawithada1.com)
I am planning to take a family vacation to northern Wisconsin – fishing and enjoying time with family😊 and so there will be no yoga classes scheduled from May 22 through May 29.  Here is the May schedule -> Events for May 2021 – Yoga with Ada (yogawithada1.com)  I do plan to offer a Gentle Yoga class on Monday, May 31 – Memorial Day.
If you are one of my subscribers, please carefully review the May and June schedules to understand when your classes of choice are being offered.  You may want to consider adjustment to your subscription because of the change or because of my vacation absence.  Please let me know if you would like to discuss anything with me, or if you would like assistance making any adjustments.    
Yogic Breathwork Workshop wrapped up in April.  We had fun learning new breathing techniques, and practicing.  I am considering offering a monthly Yoga Breathwork practice for those who want to continue to practice.  Others who are experienced in Yoga Breathwork techniques are also welcome.  Please let me know of your interest via text or email.

If you are looking for a birthday/anniversary gift idea for a special someone, maybe a yoga class with Ada is a perfect choice!  Here are the steps you can take:
  1. Go to www.YogawithAda1.com
  2. If you have a subscription, go to your account and Logout before proceeding to #3.  Those without a subscription can go straight to #3.
  3. Go to the “Class Schedule” and purchase the class or classes, using your own email address and credit card.
  4. Forward the confirmation email to the gift recipient along with your personal greeting.  Please CC me at YogawithAda1@gmail.com, and I will add them to the class roster and know to expect them.
